File a grievance
Include your name, contact details, order or account reference, dates, and the outcome you want. Do not send passwords, OTPs, or full card numbers.
Before filing a formal grievance
For routine support, first contact info@dhimson.com. You may file a formal grievance immediately where the matter is serious, unresolved, time-sensitive, or concerns safety, unlawful content, privacy, or intellectual property.
How to file
- Use the Contact form and choose Complaints and grievances, or email info@dhimson.com.
- Describe the issue clearly with relevant dates and references (order number, course name, etc.).
- Attach supporting documents only if needed — never send payment card details or OTPs.
Acknowledgement and resolution
For consumer grievances concerning e-commerce services, Dhimson aims to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month from receipt, subject to applicable law and the information you provide.
Appeals
If you believe the decision overlooked material information, reply within 15 days with the grievance reference and supporting information. You may also use any statutory consumer or regulatory remedy available to you.
