How do I access my purchased courses?
After purchasing a course, you can access it immediately from your student dashboard. Simply log in to your account and navigate to "My Courses".
Can I get a refund for a course?
Eligibility depends on the course type and how much content you have accessed. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy and raise a request from your account or via Contact. For disputes, use the Grievance Redressal process.
Do I get a certificate after completing a course?
Yes, you'll receive a certificate of completion for each course you finish. Certificates can be downloaded from your dashboard.
How long do I have access to a course?
Once you purchase a course, you have lifetime access to it. You can learn at your own pace and revisit the content anytime.
